CONSULT
During our initial, detailed consultation, we'll get a sense of your upcoming vacation and travel needs. This will allow us to curate your best luxury vacation yet, based on the time and budget parameters you outline.
REVIEW
We'll email or present an initial itinerary, and once you are satisfied and excited about your trip details and experiences, we will begin booking.
BOOK
In the booking process, we:
Upon a completed itinerary, we will collect a non-refundable 35% deposit upfront. We implement this policy because your itinerary requires us to secure specific dates with our local partners, who in turn require non-refundable deposits to perform.
The remaining full balance is owed and due within 30-45 days in advance of your trip.
AIRFARE NOT INCLUDED*
*Please be advised we DO NOT book airfare, however, we will consult with you regarding your flight logistics to determine which flights are ideal to execute the itinerary, which airports have the best proximity to your destinations, and so on. But booking your airfare is your responsibility.
